2026 Emerging Leader Awards
Aquaculture New Zealand has announced that applications are now open for the 2026 AQNZ Emerging Leader Award.
This 12-month mentoring programme is open to employees of AQNZ shareholders and supports the development of future leaders across the aquaculture sector. It offers one-on-one mentoring, practical leadership insights and strong connections within the industry.
What the three successful recipients will receive:
· Complimentary entry to the two-day 2026 AQNZ conference, where their award will be presented
· 12-months mentoring from industry leaders
· Professional development webinars throughout the year
· Placement on the 2027 residential Leadership Hui
